It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct size and resolution advert for the booking. SME Guides cannot be held responsible for client negligence and all adverts must be signed off by the client with the SME Guides sales booking consultant.
Design Service:
We will design one advert per client booking and provide one set of changes for that advert. Thereafter a fee of R150 per hour will be applicable for design work and will be added onto the advert booking fee. Clients are to supply all text and contact details typed in Microsoft Word as well as all photographs, graphics and/or logos in 300 dpi or high-resolution format. Once an advert has been signed off by the client, no more changes will be made to that advert.
Magazine Inserts:
